The Parks Phase 5 has a great choice of local amenities on your doorstep. As a European Capital of Culture in 2008, art lovers are spoilt for choice, there are more galleries and museums within Liverpool than any other city in the UK excluding London, including the northern branch of the iconic modern art gallery the Tate Liverpool.

A fantastic location for growing families, there’s a good choice of local schools. Four Oaks Primary School is just a 1-minute walk away, Anfield Primary is just 10 minutes away. For the older children, North Liverpool Academy and West Derby School are also nearby.

Or if you fancy something a little more sedate, discover the great outdoors, Croxteth Hall Country Park is at the heart of what was once a fantastic country estate and ancestral home of the Molyneux family, the Early of Sefton.

Additionally, Knowsley Safari is just over 9 miles away. Since opening to the public in 1971 this now 5-mile long route, including herds of camels, buffalo, rhino and tigers has become one of Merseyside’s premier leisure attractions.


The Parks Phase 5 is in the perfect location for commuters. The A59 leads directly into Liverpool and provides a route to the North West’s motorway network. Junction 4 of the M62 is just a 4 mile drive away and junction 22 of the M6 is 19 miles away. If you’re travelling further afield, there are four main railway stations in Liverpool City Centre, making commuting in from the suburbs fast and easy.
